He was born on March 4, 1891 in Velké Bilovoce a tradition town of fine wine and fruit in the province of Moravia, Czech Republic. His parents were Jacob and Mariana Osycka Tettur Roz.

He moved to Argentina in 1913 and two years later settled in Presidencia Roque Sáenz Peña Chaco.  First he was a farmer and then was a member of Bela Company.

He married with Rosalia Novotny, who had three children: Valerio, Teofilo and Patricia.

In 1935 his wife died. Then he married with Stefania Pitra and had his fourth  "Sidonio Juan".

He died on October 8, 1945 at age 54.
